Ben Williams has been a key member of the Spirafix team for four years, bringing his piling rig expertise to projects across the country. As one of our site specialists, Ben knows the ins and outs of rig operation and has become someone both our clients and colleagues can count on.

During his time with Spirafix, Ben has earned his CPCS A45 Piling rig certification for equipment weighing less than 20 tonnes. This qualification reflects his hands-on experience and technical knowledge, making him a valuable asset on any site.

Ben assumes a crucial role in site asset maintenance, ensuring that equipment remains in working order. His attention to detail means fewer delays and smoother operations for everyone.

Over the years, Ben has travelled the length and breadth of the country, installing anchors for clients in all kinds of conditions. From challenging sites to tight deadlines, he always gets the job done with professionalism and skill.

What sets Ben apart is his proactive approach to problem-solving. Clients appreciate his ability to think on his feet and find solutions before minor issues become larger problems. On-site, he’s known for keeping morale high and working well with everyone around him.

The team knows him by his nicknames – ‘Big Ben’ and ‘Sarge’, reflecting his ability to lead by example and be someone other colleagues look up to.
